AIO Food & Energy Assistance
May 05, 2026
Alan Kearl is the Executive Director of AIO by way of a varied career spanning 40+ years in the consumer products industry. Initially filling corporate finance roles with P&G. After completing an acqisition of a beauty brand, he parted for a series of roles in operations, sales, and marketing in the beauty industry. Who knew that the C-suite might occasionally require testing a lipstick for an Estee Lauder brand, or wearing the Rock Lobster red shade of vivid hair dye for the Good Dye Young brand? But the connective thread to AIO is his inherent desire to engage with people, learn about them. Understand them. Value them and help find a moment of genuine acceptance. He happily started volunteering at AIO after "retiring" and eventually became the ED about two years ago.
